About Course

This course will focus on cognitive function, cognitive deficits, and training after stroke. Cerebral functional networks will be presented, alongside with the cognitive deficits after stroke and the relationship between our cognitive and motor functions.

This course is presented by Dr. Martina Maier PhD

What Will You Learn?

  • General knowledge about the cognitive function of the brain
  • Understand the Fronto/parietal network, dorsal attention network, and ventral attention network
  • Identify the different cognitive deficits produced by a stroke
  • Understand how motor and cognitive functions interact and how can we use this in rehabilitation.
